2、 Structural Principles
The working part of the high-pressure hydraulic pump is a double acting pneumatic hydraulic booster pump. The reversing mechanism is a special form of pilot controlled pneumatic valve reversing device. After entering compressed air, the piston moves to the upper or lower end of the cylinder, causing the upper or lower pilot valve to act. The pneumatic control signal instantly pushes the valve reversing device to reverse, causing the piston in the cylinder to move back and forth. The force acting up or down on the cylinder piston acts on the plunger in the hydraulic cylinder. As the area of the cylinder piston is larger than that of the plunger in the hydraulic cylinder, it pressurizes the oil. The high-pressure oil passes through the high-pressure filter and enters the manual directional valve. Finally, it is connected to the demolding hydraulic system through a quick connector.
