1、 Purpose and characteristics
The XH-Vx series micro tensile tester developed and produced by Beijing Tiandi Xinghuo Technology Development Co., Ltd. is suitable for testing the anchoring force of anchor rods, steel bars (planting bars), anchor bolts, and other anchor components. It is a commonly used instrument for quality inspection of anchor rod and anchor bolt construction projects.
The XH series micro puller consists of manual pumps, hydraulic cylinders, digital pressure gauges, and high-pressure hoses. The pump body is made of aluminum alloy material and stainless steel material, with a long service life. The hydraulic cylinder is a hollow self resetting type, which is quickly connected to the high-pressure rubber hose through a quick connector. The digital pressure gauge reading is intuitive and can directly read the tension (KN) values of anchor rods and anchor bolts. This series of pullers has a compact structure, accurate measurement values, and stable performance.

3 Working principle
The working principle of a micro tensile tester (tension gauge) is to select a suitable anchor to clamp the leaked part of the tested rod after the central hole of the jack passes through the tested rod; Under the action of manual pump fluid pressure, oil pressure is transmitted to the cylinder body through the oil pipe, and the piston rod moves outward against the specialized anchor; The pressure directly acts on the outer shell of the anchor and is then transmitted to the clamp. After being subjected to force, the clamp clamps the tested rod tightly, ultimately causing the rod to experience outward pulling force; At this point, the pressure gauge on the pressure pump displays the corresponding force (kN) value, which reflects the magnitude of the pulling force on the tested rod. After completing the inspection, the puller needs to manually shake and vibrate the anchor with minimal force to easily remove the hollow oil cylinder.
4 Preparation for testing
1. According to the requirements of users (owners, quality supervisors, contractors, etc.) and in combination with the engineering situation, select sampling testing points, determine qualified tensile values, and use group testing plans to prepare for the correct implementation of corresponding testing tasks;
2. Before testing, the puller must be systematically calibrated and inspected to ensure the authenticity and reliability of on-site testing data;
Before conducting spot checks, technical disclosure should be made to specific operators to unify the testing methods, in order to accurately complete the corresponding actual operations;
After being confirmed by the entrusting party, specific anchor force pull-out testing can be carried out;
5. 1-2 operators are sufficient.
