1. Purpose and Characteristics
The XH-40 multifunctional strength tester is used to test the bonding strength and concrete strength between decorative bricks, mosaics, and walls or floors in building engineering.
The XH-40 multifunctional strength tester is a small hydraulic force measuring device that generates tension on the bonding material of decorative bricks through three-point reaction support when detecting the bonding strength of decorative bricks. The detection of concrete is based on the principle of the pull-out method, which calculates the strength of concrete by measuring the force required to pull out the anchoring body placed inside the concrete. This instrument is composed of components such as a through center jack, a hand pump, a triangular chassis, and a force measuring device. It has the characteristics of dual use, novel structure, compact size, convenient operation, and complete functions.
The XH-40 multifunctional strength tester adopts manual loading for the oil pump, with small driving torque, comfortable and reasonable shaking direction, and continuous and uniform loading. The instrument adopts a microcontroller as the core intelligent data processor, and the internal battery is rechargeable. It has functions such as full digital display, automatic reset (which can eliminate measurement errors caused by friction in the hydraulic system), peak holding selection, storage of 50 pieces of data, and over range display.
The main accessories of this product include:
(1) 3 standard blocks of 40 X 40 X 8 (mm) and 95 X 45 X 8 (mm) each;
(2) Standard block pull rods and nuts;
(3) One set of anchor for testing concrete strength, totaling 6 pieces;
1 set of electric groove grinding machine; 1 punching machine; 1 toolbox;
