1. Performance characteristics
The ZTT-910 Reflective Film Adhesion Performance Tester is designed and produced by Beijing Tiandi Xinghuo Technology Development Co., Ltd. specifically for production, quality, supervision, engineering construction, and supervision units to measure the adhesion of reflective films. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, simple operation, wide applicability, safe measurement, and good reliability. The ZTT-910 reflective film adhesion tester meets the requirements of China's reflective film technical standards GB/T16311-2009 and JJG083-2007.

3. Structural composition
The ZTT-910 reflective film adhesion tester mainly consists of a steel hammer, a steel hammer hook, a reflective film adhesive plate, a base, and a support rod.
4. Operation steps
Cut a 150mm * 25mm reflective film, tear off a 100mm long anti stick paper from one end, and adhere it to an aluminum alloy plate with a thickness of 2.5mm, a length of 200mm, and a width of 50mm according to the manufacturer's instructions, to support the adhesion performance test sample. Place the sample under standard testing conditions for 24 hours, then hang it horizontally with the reflective film facing downwards. Hang a standard weight at the free end of the reflective film to make it hang at an angle with the sample. After stabilizing, use a stopwatch to measure the suspension time of the steel hammer and the adhesion status of the reflective film. Record the measurement time data, and after 5 minutes, measure the degree of detachment L of the reflective film. Evaluate the adhesion of reflective film based on standards.
5. Precautions
5.1 In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, it is necessary to prepare the reflective film sample as much as possible before measurement, and stick the reflective film properly;
5.2 To ensure reliable measurement results, the hanging of the steel hammer should be balanced and stable;
