1、 Performance characteristics
The ZTT-910A reflective film anti stick paper peel performance tester is designed and produced specifically for production, quality supervision, engineering construction, and supervision units to test the bending resistance of reflective films. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, simple operation, wide applicability, safe measurement, and good reliability. The ZTT-910A reflective film anti stick paper peel performance tester meets the testing requirements of China's national standards GB/T18833-2012 "Reflective Film for Highway Traffic Signs" and JT/T687-2007 "Reflective Film Anti stick Paper Peel Performance Tester".

3、 Structural composition
The ZTT-910A reflective film anti stick paper peel performance tester mainly consists of components such as a heavy hammer. (Optional length measuring tools and time interval measuring instruments).
4、 Operating Steps
Cut 25mm × A 150mm sample of reflective film is placed on it with a 6600g ± 33g heavy hammer that meets the requirements of JT/T687, subjected to a pressure of 17.2kPa, and then placed in a space of 70 ℃± 2 ℃ for 4 hours. Remove the reflective film and cool it to room temperature under standard test conditions. After the test, the reflective film does not need to be soaked in water or other solvents, and the anti stick paper can be easily peeled off by hand without any damage, tearing, or adhesive being removed from the reflective film.
