1. Performance characteristics
The ZTT-920 Reflective Film Impact Resistance Tester is designed and produced by Beijing Tiandi Xinghuo Technology Development Co., Ltd. specifically for production, quality supervision, engineering construction, and supervision units to measure the impact resistance of reflective films. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, simple operation, wide applicability, safe measurement, and good reliability. The ZTT-920 reflective film adhesion tester meets the requirements of China's reflective film technical standards GB/T18833-2012 and JJG (Transportation) 084-2007 "Verification Regulations for Impact Resistance Tester of Reflective Film".

The ZTT-920 reflective film adhesion tester is mainly composed of stainless steel brackets, 450g steel balls, etc.
4. Performance characteristics and operation
This instrument is designed to use the principle of free fall of steel balls to measure the impact resistance of reflective films for production and quality supervision and inspection departments.
Before conducting impact resistance testing, a 150mm * 150mm sample should be cut and placed on the equipment steel plate with the reflective surface facing upwards. At a height of 250mm above the sample, a steel ball with a mass of 450g should be dropped freely to impact the center of the sample, and then the changes in the surface of the sample being impacted should be checked.
